How can I get rid of a cluster of blue veins under my left eye? (Photos)

Question

I have a cluster of blue veins under my left eye. I saw one doctor who said it's impossible to remove it by laser as laser generates heat and I have a cluster of veins and not one single visible vein. I would really like to get rid of it as it causes a dark circle under my eyes and no matter how many layers of makeup I apply I can never hide it. I've tried under eye fillers and under eye fat transfer but nothing helped.

I have used a hockey stick probe on an ultrasound to evaluate these to see if there is a source vein as well as examining the area by blocking flow from one side and seeing which way it fills. A Vein Light can also be helpful in evaluating these. Veingogh treatment may help as it can deal with angiomas, or blushes, or most superficial vascular conditions on the face. This is a challenging problem but it could soften/lighten the appearance.

Over the past three decades I have utilized conventional light electrodessication to treat issues such as this. I typically suggest a test area being performed first to evaluate the benefits of this approach and to assess healing. If all is well, then the areas can be treated in several sessions, each session in a grid pattern, rather than all at once. to allow more optimal healing.  In successive treatment sessions, a grid pattern treating all the intervening spaces not treated in the previous session may then be treated. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Best of luck.
