Hello, I had an upper premolar tooth extracted about a year ago. I'm currently in the process of replacing the tooth with an implant. I've noticed some degree of facial sagging in the area where the tooth was removed (just before the smile line). I'm wondering if this skin will regain tone/firmness once the tooth is replaced? (As the face will then be supported). If not, is there anything I can do to firm the skin in this area? It's quite noticeable when I smile/talk. Thank you very much! Indie
