Hi there! It's possible that you could've developed scar tissue or nodules which change the feel of the upper lip. Instead of hyaluronidase, it might help to have a steroid carefully injected into the concerning areas. After, massaging would be employed to see if improvements can be made. The filler should be gone in theory at this point. Hope that helps!
