Hey everyone, Im on week 3, tray 3 of my invisalign treatment. I have an overbite and the way my current orthodontist is fixing it is by moving my bottom teeth forward and moving the top back and I don't want to do that. I would much rather move my teeth ( bottom and top ) back to fix my overbite, as I feel my face would look a lot better with them pushed back. So I was wondering if I could/what would happen of I changed my treatment plan now(additional costs, ect.)

Hello,
Yes , it is possible. It depends on what type of surgery and how extensive it is. I have done maybe 10 cases with Invisalign only nad Orthognatic surgery. At the time of surgery little hooks sometimes need to be added. Good Luck!
Hello,
It happens some times but you need to have trays that do not fall off and go all the way down on the teeth. Make an appointment with your Orthodontist ASAP. Good Luck!
This seems abnormal. Are you in a significant amount of pain or are cleaning your Invisalign properly? It is quite possible you caught a stomach bug. Let it run its course for another day or two, and if it continues, call your Invisalign doctor.
