I have active acne since 9 years of age. In my 20's, I did one round of Accutane. It did decrease the cystic acne. My skin is an oily combo. There is scarring from acne. I do Retina daily on my skin. Do hydroquinine over the counter 2% (did 4% with dermatologist two years ago). Priority is to reduce active acne, then melasma and finally improve my skin texture. Medical advice? Thanks in advance!

3) Laser treatments like Clear +...
We hear this quite often on the forum for cosmelan. I would suggest starting Melapads once daily to the area to help further lighten the skin and unclog the keratin within the clogged pores.
