Underarm/intimate bleaching in Toronto? What should I use if it requires at home care?

I'm an overweight light-olive toned female with embarassing dark underarms and inner thighs (as well as my vagina, however that is nowhere near as dark as my inner thighs). I can not wear shorts in the summer as I have pale legs and brown inner thighs and armpits. Is there any acid or bleaching cream that is safe and can help with my condition? I need one for intimate areas
