Stylage xxl for chin and jawline?

Has  Stylage xxl been approved in Canada? I know that it was not approved in FDA. How is this product compared with Juvederm ultra plus Xc when using to adjust the chin and jawline? Why is it popular used by some doctors even it was not approved? Thanks a lot for the answer
