You are likely feeling scar tissue from the tissue injury. You may also have tenderness from chronic inflammation or it could be unrelated. I would discuss these concerns during a consultation with your provirder.

No, thread lifts Will not help with the dorsal hump on your nose which is composed of both bone and cartilage. Consider a closed rhinoplasty to shave down the dorsal hump.
