Piercer messed up my piercing and took a small chunk out of my cartilage. Will it heal?

I got a rook piercing and the piercer screwed up and took a small chunk out of my cartilage (2-3mm) what should I do ? It's an open little gauge and it's crusted in blood. I didn't notice until I got home, I thought she just snagged a small piece of skin but she took a piece out of my cartilage by accident. Do I need to get sutures or stitches ?

I BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A CIRCULATION ISSUE AND THAT THE EARRINGS WERE TOO TIGHT. AND I AM SURE THAT THERE IS NOTHING SEVERE THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE BUT IF YOU FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE YOU SHOULD CONSULT A DOCTOR.

IF THE SURGEON MAKES AN ERROR IT SHOULD BE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX THEIR ERRORS. I WOULD FIRST FIND OUT THEIR POLICY BEFORE CONSENTING TO ANYTHING.
