Who can perform Fraxel laser? And is it worth it?

Just finished my 2nd course of Accutane over a year ago. My scarring is what now bothers me. (People say it isnt all that bad) but to me it does. A dermatologist recently told me Fraxel would be the better option. Who can perform Fraxel? Can it make your skin worse? A spa nearby who does my juvederm does this but im very unsure if i should trust them. Please help as my long journey of fighting acne is slowly ending but now the scars are left.

It depends who you choose to believe.  Here on RealSelf, you can read about people who have had the procedure who think it was wonderful and those who do not think this way.  According to the users of RealSelf, Fraxel has a 71% "worth it" rating.  Please check for yourself to make sure that I am quoting accurately.  Personally, I don't think Fraxel is any more effective than a medium strength chemical peel which would produce similar down times and similar results, likely for less cost.
