Who can perform Fraxel laser? And is it worth it?

Just finished my 2nd course of Accutane over a year ago. My scarring is what now bothers me. (People say it isnt all that bad) but to me it does. A dermatologist recently told me Fraxel would be the better option. Who can perform Fraxel? Can it make your skin worse? A spa nearby who does my juvederm does this but im very unsure if i should trust them. Please help as my long journey of fighting acne is slowly ending but now the scars are left.

This is a procedure I do everyday in my practice.  This doctor has to be very advanced as very few do combination protocols that are as complex.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Fraxel is not the same as the other laser you are mentioning. I suggest you see an expert for a formal evaluation to determine the best laser for your goals/condition.  Best, Dr. Emer.

In my practice we use fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP to the under eye with great results.  TCA peels can be used and so can fractional co2 which are both more aggressive.  fraxel does great but nothing will get rid of this completely.  these are normal aging lines, sometimes worsened with bo...

Fraxel Dual (restore) and Fraxel Repair are 2 completely different lasers. not sure which one you had done but best is to contact your doctor who performed the procedures for you. and discuss the problems you are having. sometimes one can have an acne breakout after the laser treatments if too...

I find that silicone based scar gels with growth factors are best post fraxel.  Cooper with cerave is likely fine, but please speak to your MD to determine their best regimen.  Dr. Emer.
