Spinal fusion and RF fat treatment?

Am I able to undergo RF fat loss treatment (namely Evolve Transform) even though I have 3 rods placed in my spine? I intend to treat the flank area, and potentially abdomen as well. The warnings indicate no metal implants, so are my spinal fusion rods a contradiction?
