How can I remove these dark spots/hyperpigmentation on the glans of my penis?

I’ve had these dark spots on the glans of my penis for a really long time, and I want them gone. They’re very faint and almost unnoticeable, but I just can’t stand them. How can I possibly get rid of them safely, without leaving any scars?

This is best evaluated in person. A board-certified dermatologist can examine it closely and determine if it’s something benign or if it should be removed. If it’s new, changing, or stands out from your other moles, it’s especially important to have it checked.
