Hi! I have asymmetry when I smile, and a weird joker like smile when I smile with my lips closed especially (corners of my lips). I like my lips when I am not smiling and want to retain as much of the volume as possible. I am not looking to add more filler but wondered if minimal dissolving can be done to help with how my smile looks. I am trying to avoid adding more filler and want it to dissolve naturally over time as I do like the size as it is but want to fix the bad smile I have. Just looking to fix my smile without adding more size/filler. Is this possible? I would really like to avoid more filler.. Is a full dissolve and re-filler the only way to fix this? Do you think my weird smile might improve over time as things dissolve (if I just left it alone and let things take their course, ex: over another year) In the past I have had done: 1 filler syringe juvaderm ultra plus in 2020 1 filler syringe RHA3 Dec 2022 1 filler syringe (I THINK RHA3) in 2024 June Thank you appreciate the help!!
