I have jaw problems but already had a rhinoplasty so I can't get a jaw surgery and don't want one either, however I want to know if there are any options to fix my chin and protruding flat top lip? Thank you so much

You have a vertical facial growth pattern and the 'width' of the jaw is quite tapered. The ramus/back of the jaw is also short and narrow which makes the chin and face look longer. The answer is to augment the ramus, and establish a natural jawline both from the front and in profile.
