Are there alternatives to jaw surgery that can help target the top lip and chin? (photos)

I have jaw problems but already had a rhinoplasty so I can't get a jaw surgery and don't want one either, however I want to know if there are any options to fix my chin and protruding flat top lip? Thank you so much

You have a vertical facial growth pattern and the 'width' of the jaw is quite tapered. The ramus/back of the jaw is also short and narrow which makes the chin and face look longer. The answer is to augment the ramus, and establish a natural jawline both from the front and in profile.

Yes, the genioplasty will improve the contours quite nicely. The advancement of the 'chin' will also assist to 'flatten' the area 'under' the chin.
