I am a 23yo female 5’4” 110lbs I think my face appears long and thin, and my jaw is large and protruding while my cheeks appear sunken and flat. I am considering jaw reduction, forehead reduction, and rhinoplasty, to help achieve the profiles I want and I am looking for advise on if this is the right way to go I included photoshopped pictures of how I would like my face to look vs the original photos.
