I'm 42 and I was born with a full unilateral cleft lip and palatte. How can I improve the look of my cleft lip? (Photos)

Hello. I'm 42 and I was born with a full unilateral cleft lip and palatte. I had several lip and palatte repair surgeries when I was a child, before 1992. I had a Le Fort jaw advancement surgery in 2004. I've read about functional and cosmetic advancements in cleft related surgeries and I would like to know if I would be a good candidate for revision work on my lip and nose. I'm particularly self-conscious about the unevenness of my lip scar from my nose all the way through my lip. I would also like to transplant facial hair over the scar so it's easier to grow a mustache. Regarding my nose, I would like to repair my deviated septum, crooked nose, and unequal nostrils. Thank you for your time.
