Fat graft to widen narrow + hollowing forehead - will this improve the narrowness of the lateral forehead? (Photos)

Hi, I’m interested in fat grafting to my temples and lateral forehead. My concern is not only age-related temporal hollowing, but also overall narrowness of the lateral forehead. I’m interested in adding volume right beside the tail of the eyebrow up to below the hairline to improve frontal width. I understand it only changes the front facing width and contour instead of objective skull shape, but i want to know much can be done to improve the narrow head look.
