Male - Could diffuse thinning of beard be caused by chin/jawline fillers? (1-2years post)

Hi. I have diffuse thinning and follicle miniaturization/pigment loss of the beard hairs from HA filler i got on multiple occassions up to 1 year ago in my chin and jawline. Currently there is no filler in my chin, it has been dissolved completely, however there is still filler along my left and right jawline. on my chin there is a 1inch x 1 inch patch where it is dull red, there is also the same red patch along the right side of my jawline 2 inches in length. These areas have been red for about 1.5years now and i havent got any fillers since. There is absolutely no pain associated with these locations or any location on my face. There is no crusting, or pus, or any signs of an infection. When i press on these locations, blanching occurs immediately. Before these treatments i used to have a pretty thick beard, now, in these areas the hair is very sparse, and the hair across my entire beard on my face (not my neck, my soulpatch, or my moustache though) has grown alot more thin and patchy. I see alot of hairs (my chin especially) that have lost pigmentation and have miniaturized. Based on past hair behaviour i know these will fall out. I would like to reverse as much of this as possible As it has wrecked my confidence. I Am trying to get to the bottom of this I know that: Dissolving filler didnt get rid of the red areas There is no infection Has been happening for over 1.5years I am healthy, i exercise alot, dont have illnesses ect Any help would be appreciated
