Hello, I’d suggest the pisosure laser to help even your skin tone. C02 is great for both texture & tone. However due to your skin Fitzpatrick puts you at higher risk of complications.

The cost of any procedure is going to vary, depending on the physician performing the procedure. I would estimate the cost of fully ablative CO2 laser resurfacing of the face would be about half of the quote you received though.
