Need advice for extremely thin neck skin and visible platysmal bands – what could really help? (Photos)

I’m 41 and I’ve been struggling for years with my neck. My skin is extremely thin, and because of that, my platysmal muscles and bands are very prominent and quite visible. I’ve tried quite a few treatments over the years: • Botox (didn’t see any results, possibly because of the thinness of my skin) • Hyperdiluted Radiesse (unfortunately this led to some lumps/bumpy texture instead of smooth improvement) • A surgical neck lift (I did this once 7 years ago, but over time my skin has thinned again and I’m back to the same concern) I still feel hyperdiluted Radiesse might help if done properly, but I’m worried about the risk of lumps recurring. I would really love your professional input: 1. Are there any treatments or combinations you’d recommend specifically for thin neck skin and visible platysmal bands? 2. Why might hyperdiluted Radiesse sometimes cause lumps, and can this be avoided? 3. Are there newer or better options to actually thicken the skin or improve the appearance of these bands long term? 4. Given my very thin skin and visible platysmal bands, am I a candidate for another neck lift? I’d really appreciate your guidance. Thank you so much! .
