Why are my trays feeling tighter at the end of 2 weeks?

I'm almost at 2 weeks wearing my first set of aligners and over the past couple days it feels like my trays are getting tighter. The bottom trays is really difficult to remove now. At the back it pops right out the it's very tight on my front teeth. I wear my trays about 21 hrs/day on average. Should I keep wearing this set until the bottom tray loosens up at the front?

it is not common. normally this issue occurs in case of relapse or distorted tray. so my first question is r u wearing this tray for more than 20 hrs per day, if no thn continue for some more days , it will correct relapse. or visit yr dentist to check any kind of distortion.

In general, it is best for the tray to feel "loose" before you move to the next one. However, it is not common for the tray to start to feel tighter all of a sudden. I would express your concerns with your Dr. and maybe you can go in for a quick exam to make sure nothing else is going on.
