Tightness and weird feeling around my lower lip

I had a sliding genioplasty 7 mm forward a year ago , tightness and weird sensation around my lower lip hasn’t gone . Please help It has ruined my life, i can not live with that tightness on my chin, hard to speak, and weird sensation on my lower lip 24/24h Please if there is any solution or any surgery that you offer to help me get back my feeling

While a sliding genioplasty always helps improve a double chin and in some cases may completely eliminate it, the addition of submental liposuction assures the most complete elimination of it.
