Botox to masseter leads to bone loss?

Hello, I am thinking of injecting Botox into masseter, to reduce a wide jaw line However, knowing Botox actually paralyzes muscles and nerves, I am learning it's side effects Some was described here, like semi-paralized smile However I found something worse. In a newspaper article it says Botox leads to bone loss which may lead to teeth loss etc. And no one seems to be aware of it here, or mentions it. Why???
