How tight should my sports bra be after a BA?

Hello,I recommend that you ask your plastic surgeon, but since you are swollen at the moment,  if you can loosen it slightly or find something less tight for a week or two that may help. All the best

This is a great question for your plastic surgeon. They will be able to answer it specifically. In my office I do not use any bra for the first week, because I feel that it's more comfortable. At one week, my patients typically wear a sports bra that's a little bit loose. It's important to make sure that there is not too much pressure on the incisions. Congratulations on your surgery!

Thank you for your question.  Although post operative instructions do vary from one plastic surgeon to another, my advice is that if the compression bra is causing marks, it is too tight and best to adjust to a more comfortable fit.  Best of luck.
