I have thick, swollen ankles (cankles), would Liposuction be a permanent remedy for this?

okay I was asked to shortend the details of my questions, So I just cut ALL the details out & lets cut to the chase. I am 26, about 5 foot 7 about 165lbs & for as long as I can remember I've had thick ankles that swells up depending on what I eat.... My question is what are the permanent remedies for this???? Ankle Lipo???? Is that a good idea? Can I have it done while awake??? Ankle Mesotheraphy??? What can I do for permanent results???

Heavy ankles are not necessarily the product of excess fat. In the occasional situation where it is. Liposuction can be beneficial but must be done carefully and with very regimented postoperative care.
