Question

I'm not fat its just I have storage fat I guess in places that I'd like to remove because they're stubborn, plus I am a C cup hoping to get smaller breasts since my breast aren't 'huge' already will that mean it will cost less?

do not change simply because less work may be needed.  But if your concerns are truly minimal, you can certainly ask your doctor about possible reduction in fees.  If your procedure requires an operating room and if billed by time, your costs should less than the standard procedure.  Anesthesia usually bills by time and if your procedure is truly less than the norm, those costs should also be lower.

	Fees vary from doctor to doctor.  You should check with several offices about their policies and schedule consultations with those you feel comfortable with.  As for my personal viewpoint, I tend to think like you and when I do procedures, if the procedure is truly minimal, I do provide adjustments in fees to reflect that.

Surgical costs are comprised of three components: the facility/operating room charge, the anesthesia fee, and the plastic surgeon's fee.  The first two are determined by the length of the procedure, which would be estimated by the plastic surgeon once he/she has had a chance to meet with you and establish a surgical plan.  The plastic surgeon's fee has to do in part with time in the operating room, but also complexity of the surgery.  I would recommend a meeting with a Board Certified plastic surgeon who could give you more precise information based on your surgical goals.
