If the Doctor uses the Co2 fractional smartxide dot laser on your eyelids when he does a complete Laser treatment. Should he also go over your eyelids?

Yes, the Deka DOT Smartxide laser can be used to tighten the eyelids.  This is often performed with lighter settings than the face due to the skin being thinner on the eyelids.  The madonna eyelid lift is a series of lighter treatments that have minimal downtime and result in tightening the skin of the upper and lower eyelids.  As with any procedure, safety is important. There is a difference between should and can. If your eyelids need treatment then it can be done. Your eyes need to be protected with corneal shields and the power settings need to be decreased since the skin in this area is thinner.
