I really hate the space between my nose and my upper lip, the philtrum? I think it's too long, makes my profile look weird and give me a strange bump in that area.

Answer: You can do a lip lift to decrease the distance between the nose and the lip.
However, if your distance vision hasn't changed, then your eyes should be fine. Assuming you are over 40, you will need correction to read. And it may be that your reading Rx has increased and you are now just more aware of it. See your ophthalmologist for an eye exam.
It is not uncommon
to have some itching of the scalp after a minimally invasive browlift. This
usually resolves within a few months. One can use Benadryl or can consider
other therapies including Neurontin if it persists for more than 6-8 weeks.
It is possible that the flap of tissue under the skin is pulled too tight but your situation is unusual for 18 months after surgery. The skin was likely pulled too tight, as well, as you have the "pixie ears". While I tell my patients that final healing won't be until about 6 months...
