I have the both of my upper canine tooth are overlapping could I get them remove ?

Without seeing photos it is difficult for me to advise you, but I do not think that you should take out your canines.  I would wait until you are in a place for an extended period of time, then seek an othodontic consult.  Those are very important teeth for functioning and I feel that they should be retained if possible.    I hope this helps.  Thank you for serving our country!
