56 Y/O- How effective would the Vbeam Laser be in removing small blood vessels from my face? (Photos)

I have several clusters of very small blood vessels on my face that I would like to diminish or remove. I am seeking the most cost effective route to achieve this via Vbeam Prima Laser. Parameter and spot size to help reduce the the amount of treatments needed. 56 year old Caucasian male.
