Dent in my cheek after multiple Hyaluronidase to remove volume (Photo)

Question

I had to have three Hyalurondase vitrase treatments because I was having swelling and pain after voluma which would not settle down after 2 months in my cheeks... I am now left with uneven cheeks and a dent in my left cheek and the skin is stuck to the bone or remaining volume and won't move.. Also I can feel the volume which has migrated lower in my front cheek and I can feel it from the inside of my month.. Please help! will this get better? I look worse than I did before voluma

I'm very sorry to hear about the problems you had.  Ironically, the best treatment - at this point - may be small amounts of filler injected into that area.  It is hard to say exactly what should be done or tried but I would (obviously) avoid whatever caused the problem last time and try a series of VERY SMALL injections into that area.  You should of course be assessed in person by a board-certified plastic surgeon before undergoing any treatment, and you may decide after that not to do anything at all.  But you will at least have considered the various options.  I hope that this helps and good luck.  Dr. Alan Engler, Member of #RealSelf500
