4mm Gap in front upper tooth & one teeth on side of gap needs removing. What are my options? (photos)

Hi, thanks for the question... You can close this gap with porcelain veneers, maybe not completely but pretty close and put the implant with temporary crown until the implants made the osteointegration, good luck. Regards 

This is not easy.  Closing the gap with braces is possible but something needs to change on the bottom to get the bite to mesh, so likely you losing a lower incisor.  As for replacing the tooth, once the gap is managed, you can go with either a bridge or an implant to replace the tooth.  You have really nice looking teeth, I think you will be fine!

only option for u is braces treatment to close the space. it will also improve your bone condition. its my advice to upload xray of that tooth so i can guide u better. frenectomy is must after braces treatment to prevent reopening of space with permanent retainer[ advisable].

To get as CLOSE to perfect will take considerable time, money, effort, and coordination, so you need to decide what you really WANT before starting.The BEST way to close a gap is to MOVE the teeth.  If the tooth needs removing, do it AFTER or DURING braces/orthodontic treatment.  This can create a LITTLE extra bone that can REALLY help an implant or appearance of soft tissues around/under a bridge.  Once teeth are in proper alignment, keep them there (retainer) for a while to let the bone "settle" and then restore the missing tooth with an implant or a bridge.If you simply extract the tooth and place a bridge, the teeth will appear EXTREMELY large.  It would look more normal to simply leave the gap and place a single implant.This is not easy, so you likely will need a team (orthodontist, oral surgeon, and dentist) or a dentist uniquely trained in many aspects of advanced care.  That can be hard to find.
