1. Is it okay to use sensodyne(contains fluoride) and parodontax toothpaste together? I brush two times with sensodyne and one time with parodontax. I am a little worried that it may minimize the effect of each toothpaste. 2. Can listerine cause tooth discoloration?? If it does, can it be removed by simple dental appointment like removal of stains?? I am worried it may permanently discolor the teeth.
