Is it normal to have a temperature after rhinoplasty?

Hello, It is already 13 day i have had rhinoplastiy operation and i still have temperature.. I wonder is that normal? I have 37.3 or 37.2. But I fell good, i do not fell that i have temperature, every day i get better and stronger but still i have it... I even changed thermometer, thought it did not work I did analyze and i have no changes. Thank you for your attention.

You should not pick at the dried blood. I usually have patients gently cleanse the area with peroxide and water.  Best to ask your surgeon what he suggests.
