I hate my front teeth, what can I do for them? (photo)

Question

I hate my front teeth. I had braces for 6 years and it didn’t change the fact that my front teeth are massive, it makes me not want to smile. They are so wide, and cover half of my teeth directly beside them, I was just wondering if it’s possible to file down the sides of them? Or do I get them removed and get veneers? braces are out of the question as I have already done them and this is the best my dentist could do.

10 veneers are necessary to get a perfectly balanced smile as your posterior teeth are hidden behind your canines and don't show.  You also may want to reconsider more orthodontics to align upper teeth better.

You could have porcelain veneers after preparing away the excessive width you do not like in teeth 8 and 9. To he proportions could be worked out by making your lateral incisors a little bigger while making your Central incisors smaller. While you may be able to achieve the improvement desired with just 4 veneers, you may want to consider doing more veneers to broaden your constricted smile in the posterior premolar area. Treating ten teeth would give you an absolutely sensational result!
