I recently got a black and white upper arm half-sleeve with a lot of very thick lines and very dark shading. It was done by a professional, and I had hardly any scabbing during the healing process (which I'm still technically in). How effective would laser, specifically Picosure, be for removing such a new, large and dark design? Can the whole tattoo be treated at once or do I have to do it in sections? And does the body take much longer to remove the ink of a large piece vs smaller piece?
