Are my front teeth too long? (Photo)

Question

I’ve just had cosmetic bonding done on my two front teeth and the two beside each one also. They had to lengthen because my front teeth would look too wide if I just wanted my gap filled, the one between my two front teeth which was the purpose of it. I feel as though perhaps they are too long now and my breathing has changed? Also do I have an overbite now? I have attached before and after.

I would give it some time to get used to it and then see how you feel. I think it's an improvement  but you might like it better if the lateral incisors were shorter than the central incisors.

Hello! According with the pictures the chance it looks good and beautiful. Remember the teeth number 8 and 9 usually are larger than the others. About your breath you feel the different because you had open space and now are closed, you are going to adapt in few days.

Definitely if it was a change, if they look much better, it is normal to look long probably you are getting used to them, they look a little long because of the space you had in the middle. But they look very pretty. Your breathing if you can change because you remember that you had that space, do not be scared it's a matter of getting used to it.

Your front teeth are long by nature. What happens is that the other teeth are of less length.  Tell your dentist to brush your pulish more the composite veeners wear. That wear a little more of your lateral teeth so that these are not at the same height of your centrals.
