Kylie Jenner just turned 18 & "puberty" hit her hard now having these large breast I wanted to know what size is this? & what type do they look like? She had these breast since she was 17 all of sudden & some surgeons think they are implants.

Thanks for your question. Seems like she may have had a breast augmentation done with silicone implants beneath the muscle. As for the size, it may be between 300 CCs - 400 CCs (just a guess). Fat Transfer may also be a possibility.

The Kardashians are certainly blessed with natural beauty and curves, but the rapid " growth" of her breasts seems to indicate an augmentation, all the older sisters have admitted to breast implants, she probably had silicone  implants beneath the muscle....she is tall girl so probably would imagine 450-55 cc's?? just a guess.....an excellent result IMO.

Although never confirmed, it does seem that Kylie Jenner has breast implants when comparing her to earlier photos. She is clearly not afraid to undergo procedures to change her look. The specifics are unknown, but it is very likely she has silicone implants placed beneath the muscle and she knows how to play her volume up or down if needed.
