The main reason is i had excision 3 months ago too. And result is very bad, i got 2 very noticeable depressed surgery lines on. My left temple around end of my left eye. Frankly speaking, it looks better before excision. And it is 3 months already, so i think the lines will not be any better. The depressed lines are very deep. So i think subcision+prp may not help much and TCA may help. But i am afraid TCA will destroy prp under my skin.

Answer: TCA can be done for deep scaring and can be combined with other treatments for better results
