Scarring and pigment change after microneedling?

I am female in 30s who had PRP microneedling approx. 3 months ago. My face was very red after and knew the nurse went to deep as I’ve had this procedure many times before with no issues. I now have dark pigment patches and a dark brown with a bit of redness above my upper lip. Is this PIH? Something else? Is it permanent? Will it go away? And how long would it take to resolve? What treatment is best? And how long to take to work? Please help
