Jaw surgery or braces, -incisor, & chin implant. I have large overjet that couldn’t be fixed with two rounds of braces as I was born missing a tooth in my lower right side. It also creates great asymmetry in my bite and slightly in my smile. This places a lot of strain creating TMJ and a very weak chin. I also want it for aesthetics, it makes me insecure of my smile. Surgeons have told me I need double jaw surgery the ortho say need to have an incisor removed 1st to fix symmetry and make room for surgery. Can this give me a flat face?
