How can I dissolve PDO threads?

I’m hoping to find a few recommendations for dissolving some PDO threads I recently had place in my lower jowl area. The aim was to create more of a ‘v’ shape but somehow it turned out squared/more round shaped than before. I’m only in my early 30s and would like to try and remove this look ASAP. I’ve heard of fractional laser for removal - is this a good option for faster dissolving - how many treatments are required to dissolve the thread? Is full removal an option for PDOs?
