If I need thread lifts, Botox and filler, do you recommend going to the same doctor for all of these procedures?

If I need thread lifts, Botox and filler, do you recommend going to the same doctor for all of these procedures or can I go to a doctor who does a lot of thread lifts (as oppose to occasionally) and another doctor who is really good with filler i.e. go to a different doctor who is an expert in each procedure. It’s been hard to find a doctor who does a lot of both threads and filler.
