Can I have cosmelan after using nasal spray tan?

Hi i have regrettably used Permatan nasal spray for about 10 days. i didn't get a tan but saw new dark freckles and hyperpigmentation arise. I've stopped using it but I'm a little paranoid what else this has done to me. Is there any tests I can undergo? I also want to reverse the damage and have cosmelan done. Is there a waiting period until i can have it? or lazer? i stopped using it about a week ago. what safety measures can i take and reverse the damage? Any help would be amazing please!!!!
