Can Cosemlan cause permanent redness and a breakout? I have sensitive and acne prone skin.

Hi, I am an Asian with a very oily, sensitive and acne prone skin. Can this peel break me out and cause permanent redness? Last year I had a laser procedure which involved the use of a numbing cream and my redness didn’t fade for 6 months
