I had CO2 laser for my ance scarring. They used the Deka machine. They did a first layer of a stronger setting on specific scars and then a second layer on the coolpeel setting. The specific spots treated on the stronger setting now has dark red/pink spots (PIE). It has been over 35 days. I'm a type 4 skin, have been using all the topical treatments (niacinamide, azealic acid, thiamidol, 50spf sunscreen. What can I do? Should I wait for it to heal or will picoway/vascular laser help?
