Can a thread facelift cause pain in the top of my head?

I had a thread facelift to the jowel area 3 months ago and have since had a shooting pulling pain going up the side, to the top of my head. It is only on the left. It isn't there all of the time but most. It shoots a pain when I yawn, or rub the skin around my temples or sometimes it's like a dull pain that is constant. It feels like a nerve. It definitely started directly after my thread lift. I am really worried. Thank you in advance for your answers. I will ask my surgeon also.
