How can I smooth bumpy textured skin after laser hair removal?

It's been many months since I got laser hair removal on my buttocks and since then I've had a bumpy texture to the skin, where the hair follicles are. Any idea what this is and how to smooth the skin out?

Thank you for your question. The only medications you can't take before laser hair removal are photo-sensitivity medications. You also need to avoid the sun two weeks prior to prevent burning from the laser and two weeks after because the laser itself makes your skin photosensitive.

Yes you need to stay out of the sun 2 weeks prior, because the laser makes your skin photo sensitive and 2 weeks after because you could burn if you are tan.
