Can I take Vitamin C before laser hair removal?

I have an appointment scheduled in 3 weeks, but I really want to get my period soon, so I’m taking vitamin C. Is that ok?

Yes you need to stay out of the sun 2 weeks prior, because the laser makes your skin photo sensitive and 2 weeks after because you could burn if you are tan.
