I got hyper-pigmentation on my face due to micro-dermabrasion and vitamin A peel which i did 5 years back in one of the laser clinic. After that i have tried several things like fraxal laser and peels. The pigmentation goes away with Hydroquinone treatment but returns back after i stop using it. Is there any permanent treatment for it? Or is there any cream to lighten it without any sideeffects

Hello,
I am sorry you are experiencing this, however, microdermabrasion is not intended for the delicate eye area, the skin is just too thin and sensitive for a micordermabrasion.
I would recommend taking Arnica pills to help expedite the healing process of the the bruise. On...
Yes. There are low to medium strength peels that are appropriate to do after a microdermabrasion depending on the person's skin type and needs. It actually preps the skin to possibly achieve better results from the peel.
The rash you’re experiencing might be a result of harsh abrasion, “overtreating” the area or clogged up pores. The best course of action would be seeing a dermatologist for identifying the cause and getting the right treatment.
